Floored

April 2, 2010

Perhaps you have heard of Flor carpet tiles. Perhaps you have considered trying them out. Perhaps you wished you could see some at the store because making such a commitment with mail order seems fool-hardy. Perhaps you have a home with carpet and never needed to think about it at all. Perhaps you have heard that you can pick up the individual soiled tiles, run them under water to wash it, and replace it in your pattern, and just thought it was too good to be true.

Well, I lack carpet (happily so, might I add), but felt I needed a little something something under the dining room table. I am here to tell you that the tile that sits under dear Amos has seen a lot of sink-action and returned to service every time. I give Flor my personal sign of approval.

[Uh, I don’t actually have a sign of approval, but if you could design me one, I’d be much obliged.]

I recently purchased another set to expand Flor’s influence in my dinning room. Much better.

N/B My dining room WILL NEVER look this clean when you come visit. Just so you know.

Love it!! I’d heard of them, but never checked it out. I didn’t know they were so pretty and stylish. Nicely don, my friend!

    Hi there —

Glad you love your FLOR — we’re pretty smitten with carpet squares as well.

AmyG — if you’d like, I can send you a few samples for you to check out up close and personal. Just e-mail me — at veronica.marshall@flor.com.

I have a flor in my entryway also and we LOVE it. Every now and then you can find them at Target which is where we bought ours but Melissa has one that she purchased through a catalog.
